Self-publishing my book has been a second job. I almost gave up just trying to format the stinkin' thing for print, ebook and Kindle. I know more about Word than I ever wanted to.I think marketing is not only time-consuming, but can be an uphill battle as we're combating the stigma of self-publishing. I don't know if people realize the work involved. My friends and I started a blog, hoping to provide readers with great reads they might've otherwise not picked up.
